Sylvie Borau is an associate professor at the Toulouse Business School, where she
teaches ethical marketing and the evolutionary roots of consumer behavior. Before she started her PhD and academic career, she worked for 8 years for several marketing research companies in Paris and Toronto (TNS, IFOP, IPSOS). Her research topics include physical attractiveness in advertising, food marketing, green marketing, and gendered marketing. She has published in the Journal of Business Ethics, the International Journal of Advertising, and Recherche et Applications en Marketing.
